I adore fruit tarts! Here's a cute little miniature strawberry tart - I baked the shortbread crust portion in a mini-muffin pan, then put a dollop of chocolate, custard cream, and half a strawberry :aww:

Sounds oooooohhhh soooooooo yuuuuuummmmmyyyyyy!!! I did some baking today too! I baked a dark chocolate raspberry cake for my brother-in-law's birthday! It turned out sooooooo good and normally I have a hard time getting made from scratch cakes to turn out right but this turned out AMAZING...all 750 calories of the single serving I had!!!
