Here's Violetrosepetals very suitably in the purple dress. I had fun dressing her up and taking pictures of her in the park I thought she looked so pretty!

Here you can see (sort of) the add on part of the sleves that makes them long and drapey. I made them out of a tear-drop shape with an off-centered hole in the middle (nearer the rounded part) that you just slip your arm through - since it's stretchy it just stays on it's own, for now anyway. If they get too loose I suppose I'll have to add elastic or something, but this way you can hardly see that they're not sewn on.

oh, I should maybe mention that the belt is from the Brighton store, I love it soo much! most of their stuff is just a little too bulky or cutesy, but when I saw this one I just had to have it! I love wearing metal stuff, it's heavy , I like heavy stuff, which is part of what I like about this dress. hmmm...I need to get me some real chain mail, hehe
